GitHub Actionsにジョブ実行ごとにOpenID Connectのトークンが付与される仕組みが追加。これにより、例えばAWSでOIDC Identity Providerを登録してロールを許可すればクレデンシャルを直接GitHubに登録しなくてよくなる。
