まだ暑いから夏の分をまとめるには早いかな、と思っていたら冬になっちまった。遅ればせながら2023夏のよく食べたもの記録です。 トマト麺 夏によく食べるトマトのアレンジ。 切ったトマトに塩少々、オリーブオイルと醤油ひとまわしずつ、レモン汁好きなだけ。トマトからどんどん水分が出てくるからパスタや素麺にあえるとうまい。 麺じゃなくてアボカドを入れるとサラダになります。味が足らなかったら醤油で調節。 オリーブオイルを白胡麻油にして、醤油をナンプラーにするとまた雰囲気変わってよい。 豆腐トマト またトマト。最初は『マスカルポーネのようなナチュラルとうふ』をブッラータとかカプレーゼみたいにトマトに乗せて食べてみたのがはじまり。結構美味しかったので、もしやおぼろ豆腐とかでも代用できるのでは？と思い、カットトマトの上におぼろ豆腐、塩、というシンプルレシピが誕生した。もはやオリーブオイルとかもなくて大丈夫。
