「UXとは何か」という話題をポツポツと見るのですが、個人的には「UX」で話をするのではなく「UXデザイン」で話をするほうが自然です。 「UX (デザイン) とは戦略策定をするためのフレームワーク」です。これは Peter Merholz (ピーター・マーホールズ) 氏のブログ から影響を受けて自分なりの解釈で表現した言い方なんですが、個人的には一番これがシックリきます。 User experience is strategy, not design: peterme.com なので、「UX」で議論するのはやめて「想定する成果物は何か」で話をしたほうが議論できます。つまり「UXデザインの成果物」です。 「それはホラ、いろいろあるよねえ、会社によっても違うしねえ」と話すのであれば、もう議論も何もあったもんじゃありません。その人と話すのはやめましょう。じゃどういう成果物を想定するのか。 UXデザ
