【HDI】人間開発指数(Human Development Index)とは 国連開発計画（UNDP）が2023年3月に、人間開発指数(Human Development Index)の2023/2024年版を公表しています。 UNDPは1990年から1人あたり国民総所得（GNI）と教育、平均寿命をもとにHDIを算出しています。 尺度は １） 長生きで健康な生活 ２） 教育の程度 ３） 生活水準 の3つに大別されます。 １） は出生時の平均余命によって評価します。 ２） 教育は25歳以上の成人の学校教育年数と、就学年齢の子供の予想学校教育年数の平均によって測定されます。 ３） 生活水準は一人当たりの国民総所得（GNI）で測ります。ドル建ての購買力平価ベースです。 HDIは3つの尺度の平均的な達成度を示すもので3つそれぞれを正規化したインデックスの幾何平均
