こんにちはうまいやんのウッちゃんです。 まだ暑いっすね💦 ニンニク植えちゃったけど大丈夫かなぁ・・ ニンニクは暑い時に植えるのはダメなのよね(￣▽￣;) もう少し待つべきだったかもですね 力士味噌作るのに物凄い量を使うから自分で栽培する事にしました。ていうかほとんど知り合いに配っちゃうんだけどね✨喜んで貰えてると思って配りまくってます♪ ニンニクの植え方のアドバイス 酸性土は嫌います、苦土石灰などを使ってアルカリ性にしてあげましょう。先程も書いたように暑いと土の中で腐ってしまいます。涼しくなったら植えましょう。比較的乾燥には強いのですが高湿には弱いので暑くて水捌けの悪いとやはり腐ります。マルチを使って植える場合、ニンニクの尖ったのが上を向くように10センチの深さに植えてあげると良いです。まがって植えるとマルチの穴から顔を出してくれません。あとは追い肥するくらいで放置してれば勝手に育ってく

こんにちはうまいやんのウッちゃんです。 お腹空いてなんとなくで作ってたので写真撮ってないんです💦 牛乳素麺ってやりません？ 自分では普通なので記事にする気無かったのですが、俺って普通じゃない？と思って一応書いてみます。 今日はいつもと違うところがあります。いつもの力士味噌を使いました。いつもは塩味にちょっと醤油とか麺つゆとか使ってます。 www.umaiyan.work 凄く簡単です！ 使う物は素麺と冷凍ミックスベジタブル、冷凍シーフードミックス、冷凍きざみネギなどはは自分で好きにアレンジしてください。たっぷりのネギが美味しいですよね。 牛乳、ウェイパー、塩、胡椒、力士味噌だけです。これけっこう美味しい✨ インスタントラーメンのスープが残ってたら牛乳に入れて塩などで味を調えれば良いだけです。 素麺は1分くらい茹でれば良いと思います。熱いスープに入れてしまうので固めで良いです。 味のイメー
