iPhoneで操作する電気自動車「iChange」が登場
スイスのチューンアップメーカーRinspeedが、3月5日から15日までスイスのジェノバで開催されるモーターショーで、コンセプトカー「iChange」を出展する。 iChangeはリチウムイオン電池で走り、重量約1050キロという軽量自動車。大きな特徴の1つが、iPhoneを重要な司令塔として採用している点だ。 ダッシュボードの右、または左に設置されたホルダーにiPhoneを取りつけ、画面上に表示される緑のスタートボタンを押して、エンジンをかける。また窓の開閉、ヘッドライトのオンオフといった操作もiPhoneの画面で行える。 またiChangeは、通常は1人乗りだが、ルーフ後方に設置されたボタンを押すと、後方に2人分の座席が現れるという仕組みになっている。 Rinspeedはこれまでも水陸両用車「sQuba」など、ユニークなコンセプトカーを発表してきた。
