NaClの前田です。 NaClの公式サイトを先日リニューアルしました。 サイト自体はJekyllで生成しているのですが、ニュースをesaで更新できるようにしたのでその方法を紹介します。 基本方針 esaには標準のGitHub Webhookがあり、それを使ってHeadless CMSとして使っている例が見つかりました。 esaをHeadless CMSとして使う esa を CMS に VuePress v2 で管理しやすいドキュメントサイトを作る ただ標準のWebhookはあまり細かい設定ができずJekyllと相性が悪かったり、削除にも対応していないようなので、Generic WebhookをAWS Lambdaで実装してGitHubリポジトリを更新することにしました。 Jekyll側の設定 なるべくJekyll側の設定は最小限にしたかったのですが、_postsのデフォルトのパスだと日付

ブログやサイトのJekyllへの移行
昨日、下北沢オープンソースカフェで行われた「静的サイトジェネレーター祭り」にてJekyllについてのセッションを担当しました。 都合によりMiddlemanのセッションはキャンセルされましたが様々なツールについてのナレッジが共有されました。 今ご覧になっているEngine Yardのサイトとブログは元々、RailsアプリケーションとWordPressだったものをJekyllに移行したものです。 JekyllというとやはりGitHub Pagesの印象が強いですが、しっかり使ってみると既存のサイトの移行やEngine Yardのような独自環境でのホスティングにも耐える汎用性の高いツールであると実感しました。 セッションからいくつかハイライトをご紹介します。 GitHub創業者の手によって生まれたブログエンジン Jekyll(じゃこる)は2008年10月にGitHubの共同創業者のmojomb
