緒方林太郎『「世界の記録」といわゆる南京事件』
治大国若烹小鮮 おがた林太郎ブログ 衆議院議員おがた林太郎が、日々の思いを徒然なるままに書き綴ります。題は「大国を治むるは小鮮を烹るがごとし」と読みます。 ユネスコの「世界の記憶」にいわゆる南京事件関連資料が登録されたということで、国内で非常に問題になっています。微妙な問題なので書き方には気を付けたいと思いますが、慎重に思う所を正確に書いていきたいと思います。 まず、メディアでは「世界記憶遺産」と呼んでいることが多いですけど、正確には「世界の記憶（Memory of the World）」です。何処にも「遺産（heritage）」という言葉は出てきません。いわゆる「世界遺産（World Heritage）」や「無形文化遺産（Intangible Cultural Heritage）」よりはグレードが下がります。そして、あれは諮問委員会の審査を経て、最終的にはユネスコ事務局長が採否を決定しま
