こんばんは、kobeniです。私は今週から、自宅待機も終わり、また仕事が始まりました。やっと、少し冷静になってきた。というのが正直なところです。 さて、今回の震災で、「オカン（親）の情報リテラシーがヤバい」と痛感してしまった方はいないでしょうか。 あれは地震の日の翌日だったか、うちのオカンが家に来て、文旦（高知あたりでとれる、でっかいミカンです）を置いていきました。その帰り際にひとこと「ちょっとあんた、有害な物質が含まれた雨が降るらしいから、雨に濡れちゃイカンよ！関係者の人が言ってるらしいから！」 …そうです。コスモ石油の例の件です。 「LPガスなので人体には影響がない」って、LPガスをググれば文系の私でも理解できる内容でした。しかしオカンは、友達からのメールで受け取ったらしく、あっさり引っかかっておりました。 ちなみにうちのオカンですが、60代です。ずっと教員をやってました。新聞は普通に

高木さんの「棒グラフ捏造シリーズ」の続編が出ている。おもしろいので、これに便乗して、地球温暖化のデータがいかに偽造（捏造とまではいわない）されているかをみてみよう。一番ひどいのは「今後１００年間で気温６．４度上昇との予測」という見出しを掲げたTBSだ：報告書は未来のシナリオについて、このままの経済成長を続けた場合や省エネや環境保護が進んだ場合などいくつか用意されたのですが、最悪の場合でこれからの１００年で６．４度もの平均気温の上昇が考えられるという数字が示されました。まず基本的なことだが、IPCCの予測は1980-99年の平均気温を基準にして2090-99年の平均気温を予測するもので、「これからの１００年」ではない。しかも記者会見で気温上昇の予測が1.8-4度と発表されたことは無視して最悪の数字だけを取り上げ、最大とも書かずに「６．４度上昇」という断定的な見出しをつける。同じように誇大な数

残業代ゼロに怯えるマスコミ記者たち - 雑種路線でいこう
【訂正】id:t2-news氏やid:R30氏のはてブコメントにあるように「自分の残業代が惜しいからでは」という指摘は下衆の勘繰りであったようだ．何故ならマスコミも裁量労働制・見做し残業代の対象業種だから．いわれてみれば管理職になって給料が減ったという愚痴は聞いても，残業代が全部出てるとは聞いたことない．ちょっと考えると，夜討ち朝駆けできっちり勤務時間をつけると大変なことになりそうだ．という別エントリを立てたのだが，はてブ経由のトラヒックが続いていて，ちゃんと訂正が読まれていないようなので，冒頭で強調しておく． ふと気づいたのだが，年収要件を満たしている上にたんまり残業代を貰っているのがマスコミの記者連中だから，ホワイトカラーイグザンプションの問題がこじれているのではないか．中高年リストラばかり同情気味に報道され，より深刻な若年失業が話題にされなかった数年前も，自身の終身雇用を信じて疑わな
